Mr. Douville reported on the following

On the evening of December 12 and the morning =

December 13, 2004, the Lordco Automotive Parts building on Cowichan Tribes
land (south-side of Trunk Road) burned to the ground. This is a major loss
for the Company and for the community. ·
All Christmas decorations are now in place, in=
cluding
the Oak trees in ·
Four/five outside employees are away everyday =
at
the present time as they are using all of their remaining 2004 holiday
entitlement. ·
The Public Works Superintendent is working with
the Director of Finance on the 2005 Budget. ·
The Inflow and Infiltration contract work
commenced on December 13, 2004. |
