Maxwell THAT due to the recognized significant shortfall in existing on-site parking and possible reconfiguration of Duncan Street (i.e. Tour and Transit bus parking), the Council of the City of Duncan not support the request for an increase in the Pub occupant load at the Phoenix Station Motor Inn at this time.
